- Process invoices, payments, and warranty claims accurately.
- Maintain organised records of service history and customer interactions.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive environment is essential.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach.
- Organisational Ability: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload efficiently.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs is advantageous.
