Part-Time Vehicle Service Advisor required in Leominster.
  • Starting salary up to £12.21 per hour plus additional bonuses available. 
  • 2 days per week (8:15am-5:30pm). One day must be a Tuesday. Also 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:30am-12:30pm.

A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Vehicle Service Advisor at our client's franchise approved car dealership located in Leominster on a part-time contract working 2 days per week with 1 Saturday morning per month.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, and working in a team of other Vehicle Service Advisors, you will be managing workloads and customer deadlines by allocating tasks and ensuring our client's customers receive the best experience. As well as this you will greet customers into the Service Department, extensively liaise with the workshop to chase work in progress, keep customers informed of the progress of their vehicle, and up-sell on additional products and services where possible.

Do you need previous Service Advisor experience? In short; no!

The successful candidate would ideally be able to deliver the very highest level of customer service through strong communication skills resulting in total customer satisfaction. Strong organisational skills along with IT literacy (any experience with Kerridge/CDK preferable) would be of high priority. Recent or current experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor or a similar role within the automotive industry would be highly desirable however is non-essential. A UK driving licence with minimal points is however essential.
