Retail Sales Manager Vacancy (Used Cars) - Northampton Main Dealer 
  • Basic Salary: £35,000 + Bonus 
  • OTE: £60,000
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm
  • Weekend work on a rota 
Our client is a main dealer in Northampton. They are now looking for an experienced Retail Sales Manager to join their used cars team. In return you will receive a highly competitive salary, an excellent bonus package, and great earning potential.

Retail Sales Manager responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Oversee showroom operations, ensuring a smooth and professional sales process.
  • Implement sales strategies to maximise profitability and meet dealership objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, driving repeat business and referrals.
  • Work closely with senior management to optimise performance and efficiency.
Retails Sales Manager Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Retail Sales Manager or a Senior Sales Executive looking to step up.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, inspire, and drive a team.
  • A results-driven approach with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Previous experience in a franchised main dealer environment preferred.
