Service Advisor Vacancy - Independent Garage Milton Keynes
  • Basic Salary: Up to £35,000 (depending on experience)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm
  • No Weekends
  • 22 days annual leave + bank holidays

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established Independent Garage in Milton Keynes, who is looking for a Service Advisor to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills and a proactive attitude to step into a key role within a reputable business.

Service Advisor responsibilities:
  • Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly, positive attitude
  • Handling telephone enquiries and managing bookings
  • Preparing and selling necessary vehicle servicing and repairs
  • Creating invoices, quotes, and other administrative documents
  • Coordinating vehicle handovers and ensuring customer satisfaction
Service Advisor requirements:
  •  A cheerful and upbeat personality – a positive attitude is essential!
  •  A strong work ethic and ability to work well in a small, close-knit team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor role 
  • Motor trade experience is desired but not essential
