Key Responsibilities within this Master Vehicle Technician role:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles to the highest standards.
- Provide expert technical advice and support to both customers and team members.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and in line with manufacturer guidelines.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and identify any additional work required.
- Maintain accurate records of all work carried out, including parts and labour.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and industry trends.
- Proven experience as a Master Technician / Senior Technician in a main dealer environment.
- Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles
- MOT Tester License (Desirable)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant automotive qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- A valid UK driving licence.
