Panel Beater / MET Multi-Skilled Technician – Family-Run Crash Repair Centre
  • Pay: £50,000 - £55,000 (Depending on experience and skills)
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5:30pm (No weekends!)
Our client is a family-run Crash Repair Centre in Crawley, known for its friendly and supportive environment. They are currently seeking a skilled Panel Beater / MET Multi-Skilled Technician to join their dedicated team. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality bodywork repairs and thrive in a close-knit, team-oriented workplace, this is the role for you!

Duties of a Panel Beater / MET Multi-Skilled Technician:
  • Carry out panel beating and body repair work to a high standard.
  • Strip and refit mechanical and electrical components as part of the repair process.
  • Identify and repair structural damage using specialist tools and equipment.
  • Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and industry standards.
  • Work efficiently to ensure jobs are completed on time and to a high quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment.
What Our Client Expects from a Panel Beater / MET Multi-Skilled Technician:
  • Proven experience in a Panel Beater / MET role within a crash repair environment.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques, panel replacement, and MET procedures.
  • Ability to work with various materials including steel and aluminium.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications (ATA, NVQ, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
