  • Salary: £22 per hour + Bonus
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 45 hours per week
Our client is a well-established and highly regarded crash repair centre based in Croydon. Renowned for their commitment to high-quality workmanship, attention to detail, and excellent customer service, they take pride in creating a supportive and professional working environment. Their team is their biggest asset, and they’re looking for a skilled Panel Beater to join them and help maintain their high standards.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced and skilled Panel Beater who is confident in repairing and replacing damaged vehicle panels to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who takes pride in their work and is looking to be part of a reputable, customer-focused team.

Duties Include:
  • Carrying out panel repairs and replacements to the highest standard.
  • Using specialist tools and techniques to straighten and realign vehicle panels.
  • Welding and filling damaged panels where necessary.
  • Working efficiently to ensure repairs are completed within set deadlines.
  • Ensuring all work meets manufacturer and industry standards.
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver top-quality repair work.
Who Our Client is Looking For
  • An experienced Panel Beater with a proven track record in the crash repair industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship.
  • Experience with various repair methods, including welding and filler work.
  • Formal motor trade qualifications would be an advantage but are not essential.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.
