Our client, a busy mail-order alloy wheel specialist based in the Ashford, Kent area, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Tyre Fitter & Warehouse Assistant to join their well-established team.

Operating from a clean, well-organised facility, our client supplies premium alloy wheels and tyre packages nationwide. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a professional, detail-focused Tyre Fitter to support their day-to-day workshop and warehouse operations.

If you are an experienced Tyre Fitter looking for a change of pace – no weekends, stable hours, and a structured environment – then this could be the role for you!

Duties of a Tyre Fitter & Warehouse Assistant:
  • Fitting tyres to alloy wheels
  • Balancing wheel and tyre units to high standards
  • Receiving, inspecting and storing incoming goods
  • Managing and organising tyre and wheel stock
  • Assembling fitting kits for customer orders
  • Handling and packaging outgoing shipments
  • Operating warehouse equipment (training provided)
  • General warehouse housekeeping and safety procedures
What our client expects of their Tyre Fitters:
  • Previous experience in tyre fitting is essential
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Physically fit – able to handle tyres and wheels safely
  • Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
  • Forklift experience beneficial but not essential – training provided
