Are you an experienced Service Manager looking for a new challenge? Want to sink your teeth into something new? 

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Service Manager to control the day to day function of a busy and well-established main car dealership in Ruislip. Motivating and training all staff to perform, developing and improving processes and systems as well as driving the business forward. Your overall objective will be to increase turnover and profits to exceed set budgets.

Our Client is offering the successful Service Manager:
  • Up To £40,000 Basic Salary + Bonus (Uncapped)
  • Monday To Friday Working Hours 
  • Busy Well-Established Main Car Dealership Environment
  • Previous Successful Track Record Running A Dealership Service Department 
Other responsibilities include;
  • Manage all Service Department procedures with the aid of Workshop Controller
  • Optimally utilising the market to produce a high level of customer satisfaction and high yields for the department
  • Managing, coaching and developing your team
  • Planning and controlling your workforce resource availability to meet your customer’s fleet demands
  • Compliance management and planning, VOR performance to meet customer obligations, MOT FTPR performance to a minimum acceptance level
To qualify for this position, you must have a proven track record in the management of Service Management within a Main Dealer Vehicle environment!
