Responsibilities for a Diagnostic Technician:
- Electrical, mechanical and hydraulic fault diagnosis and repair including warranty approved work.
- Servicing and maintenance of all vehicles
- Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated with manufacturer standards and training, contributing to a first-class service experience for every customer
- Supporting apprentice technicians
- Proven experience within a main dealership or similar high-paced workshop environment
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, with strong diagnostic skills
- MOT License is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently within a supportive team setting
