Join Our Client’s Family-Run Team!

They are a well-established, Family-Run Accident Repair Centre with a strong reputation for quality workmanship, outstanding customer service, and a friendly, supportive working environment. Due to continued growth, they are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Bodyshop Estimator / VDA to join their dedicated team.

As a Bodyshop Estimator / VDA, you will play a key part in their accident repair process, assessing vehicle damage and producing accurate repair estimates in line with insurance company requirements and industry standards. You'll be the link between the workshop, insurers, and our valued customers, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out detailed damage assessments using Audatex systems.
  • Creating accurate repair estimates and liaising with insurance companies.
  • Keeping customers informed and updated throughout the repair process.
  • Supporting the workshop team with clear repair instructions.
  • Ensuring all work complies with safety and quality standards.
They are looking for someone with a proven track record as a Bodyshop Estimator / VDA, ideally with an ATA qualification (but not essential). You will need to be proficient with Audatex and able to demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills as well as being highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure!
