Automotive Service Advisor – Vehicle Dealership 
  • Salary: Up to £32,000 Basic DOE
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Saturdays negotiable)
Perfect Placement a leading Automotive Recruitment Consultancy is working on behalf of a client, a family-run, Vehicle Dealership, to find a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their Automotive team based in Horsham, West Sussex.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service.
  • Schedule and coordinate service and repair appointments efficiently.
  • Communicate with customers regarding vehicle progress, repair costs, and recommendations.
  • Liaise with the workshop team to ensure a smooth workflow and timely completion of jobs.
  • Process invoices, payments, and warranty claims accurately.
  • Maintain organised records of service history and customer interactions.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive environment is essential.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach.
  • Organisational Ability: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload efficiently.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs is advantageous.
  • Team Player: Must work well with both customers and the workshop team.
