- Pay: Up to £30,000 Basic DOE + £10k Annual bonus
- Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday + 1 in 4 Saturday mornings paid at overtime
Key Responsibilities of a Service Advisor with our client:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring an outstanding service experience.
- Schedule service appointments and communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle needs.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about service options, including costs and timelines.
- Liaise with the workshop to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Upsell additional services and accessories where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions.
- Willing to consider both trainee customer service professionals and experienced automotive service advisors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and services is an advantage for experienced candidates.
- Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude.
- £30,000 basic salary depending on experience, plus £10,000 in performance bonuses.
