Panel Beater Needed in Manchester
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (Early finish Fridays) – NO WEEKENDS, optional overtime at x1.5
  • Salary: £15 - £19 per hour (may pay more) + achievable timed saved bonus (OTE £60k+)
  • Holidays: Excellent holiday allowance (up to 28 days, plus bank holidays)
Our client, a leading provider specializing in high-quality accident repairs and roadside assistance, is seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join their team. This well-established company offers an all-round service, including Tyre, Bodyshop, Service, and Sales. They pride themselves on their BSI standards and offer a positive and supportive work environment.
 
Key Responsibilities for the Panel Beater:
  • Perform high-quality panel beating and repair work on vehicles
  • Ensure all repairs meet the company’s BSI standards
  • Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines
  • Contribute to a collaborative and productive workshop environment
  • Follow health and safety procedures in line with company standards
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality work
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong experience as a Panel Beater, ideally with MET (Mechanical, Electrical, Trim) experience
  • Relevant qualifications to meet BSI standards (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)
