Automotive Service Manager Required in Dartford, Kent for Franchised Car Dealership
  • Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday + Saturdays on a Rota
  • Pay: Up to £36,500 Basic Salary + £60,000 OTE

Our client is now looking to recruit an Experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead and drive performance within their Aftersales Department in Dartford. This is a pivotal role in the business, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the service department, including team management, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

As a Service Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the daily operation of the Service Department, ensuring efficiency and profitability
  • Leading and mentoring a team of Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff
  • Delivering excellent customer satisfaction scores and building customer loyalty
  • Driving aftersales growth and hitting monthly targets for labour sales, upsells, and customer retention
  • Working closely with the Aftersales Director and Manufacturer representatives
  • Ensuring high levels of compliance with company procedures and manufacturer standards
