- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (40 or 45 hours per week available) + 1 in 4 Saturday mornings
- Salary: £26,000 - £29,250 basic (depending on hours worked) + bonus (OTE up to £34,295)
Key Responsibilities for a Parts Advisor:
- Assist customers at the front counter with parts enquiries and purchases
- Support the workshop team via the back counter, ensuring timely parts supply
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to parts orders
- Assist with the organisation and maintenance of the on-site parts warehouse
- Work effectively with team members to ensure high levels of customer service
- Utilise internal systems to manage stock levels and order processing
- Previous experience in a similar automotive parts role
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems – experience with Kerridge or Pinnacle is highly desirable
- Background in a main dealer parts department or reputable parts supplier is an advantage
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A customer-focused mindset and a proactive attitude
- Basic salary between £26,000 and £29,250 per annum (depending on contracted hours)
- Additional overtime paid at time-and-a-half for Saturday mornings (8:30am to 12:30pm, 1 in 4 rota)
- Realistic OTE up to £34,295 per year
