Parts Advisor Required in Manchester
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (40 or 45 hours per week available) + 1 in 4 Saturday mornings
  • Salary: £26,000 - £29,250 basic (depending on hours worked) + bonus (OTE up to £34,295)
Our client, a respected and well-established automotive business, is currently seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their busy Parts Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and professional team within a thriving dealership environment. Key Responsibilities for a Parts Advisor:
  • Assist customers at the front counter with parts enquiries and purchases
  • Support the workshop team via the back counter, ensuring timely parts supply
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to parts orders
  • Assist with the organisation and maintenance of the on-site parts warehouse
  • Work effectively with team members to ensure high levels of customer service
  • Utilise internal systems to manage stock levels and order processing
What We’re Looking For in a Parts Advisor:
  • Previous experience in a similar automotive parts role
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems – experience with Kerridge or Pinnacle is highly desirable
  • Background in a main dealer parts department or reputable parts supplier is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A customer-focused mindset and a proactive attitude
What’s on Offer for a Parts Advisor:
  • Basic salary between £26,000 and £29,250 per annum (depending on contracted hours)
  • Additional overtime paid at time-and-a-half for Saturday mornings (8:30am to 12:30pm, 1 in 4 rota)
