What’s on Offer:
  • £28,000 base salary, negotiable depending on experience
  • Up to £35,000 basic for the right candidate
  • Monday to Friday only – 8:00am to 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for service customers
  • Booking vehicles in for service and repair
  • Advising on vehicle service requirements and upselling where appropriate
  • Liaising with technicians to ensure smooth communication between workshop and customer
  • Providing a high level of customer service throughout the service journey
What We’re Looking For:
  • Motor trade experience as a Service Advisor is essential
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A proactive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
  • Strong organisational and IT skills
