We are seeking a SMART Repair Technician to join our Client’s Dealership in the Crawley area.

Our Client is part of a successful, privately owned group of dealerships across Surrey and West Sussex, representing a prestigious and iconic automotive brand. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a commitment to staff development, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SMART Repairer looking to join a stable, supportive, and forward-thinking business.

What the Successful SMART Repairer Can Expect:
  • Basic Salary of £35,000 per annum
  • On Target Earnings of up to £41,000 per annum
  • Monday – Friday Only | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 Hours per Week)

Responsibilities of the SMART Repair Technician:
  • Carrying out high-quality SMART repairs including paintwork, panel touch-ups, and minor bodywork.
  • Ensuring all work is completed efficiently, within manufacturer repair times, and to company quality standards.
  • Diagnosing and assessing damage accurately, recommending appropriate repair methods.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Liaising with colleagues to ensure timely vehicle delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.
Requirements for this SMART Repairer Role:
  • Proven experience in SMART Repairs, ideally within a dealership or accident repair centre.
  • Relevant qualifications in SMART Repair, Paint, or Bodyshop disciplines.
  • High attention to detail and a professional approach to vehicle finishing.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Ability to work independently with good time management and problem-solving skills.
