Service Advisor - Huddersfield 
  • Basic salary: up to £30,000 
  • Monday - Friday 
  • NO WEEKENDS!
  • 40 Hours a week
  • Must have previous experience in a main or independent dealer to be considered!

Our client is a well-respected independent garage with a great reputation in the Huddersfield area are looking to add an experienced Service Advisor to their small friendly team. You will be covering Reception and the Service Desk. 

For this role you will need: 
  • Full UK driving license
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a main or independent dealership.
  • High level of customer service excellence
  • Friendly and self-assured demeanor
  • Skilled in professional face-to-face customer communication
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with the flexibility to tailor communication to various audiences
  • Competent in using computers and quick to master new systems
  • Proactive and resourceful
For this role you will be: 
  • Welcoming and engaging with customers
  • Handling incoming phone calls
  • Providing customers with regular updates on workshop progress
  • Collaborating with the workshop and other internal teams
  • Clearly explaining the work performed on customer vehicles
  • Generating invoices
  • Processing customer payments
  • Managing and updating the customer database to ensure accuracy
  • Liaising with Customers to keep them updated on their vehicle
  • Advising customers of costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
For this role you will get:
