Reporting to the dealership's management team and working with a team of New/Used Car Sales Executives, as a Sales Controller you will work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve maximum profitability from vehicle finance, insurance and accessory sales and work as a team to ensure industry-leading standards of exceptional customer care and satisfaction are achieved and maintained at all times. You also deputise for and carry out the Sales Manager’s tasks when required.
The role requires an individual with a stable and successful management-oriented background within a franchise-approved automotive dealership. Experience in an automotive management background would be preferred however, our client will consider candidates with strong senior car sales experience. You will need to be motivated/self-driven, adaptable, and hold total drive and ambition. You will become the role model for our client's brand, where the ability to lead by example will be as important as the results you deliver. Delighting customers is what sets our client apart, and being prepared to lead from the front is a key requirement. A UK driving license with minimal points is also essential.
