Master Technician Vacancy - Bedford Main Dealer
  • Basic Salary: £45,000 + Bonus
  • OTE: £55,000
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • No Weekends
  • Manufacturer Training and Development Opportunities 
Our client is currently looking for a Skilled Master Technician to join their Dealership, a worldwide leading Brand and well-established Company. They are the UK's largest independent dealer group for the manufacturer. As such, they offer excellent manufacturer training and progression opportunities. 

Their workshops are closed on weekends which allows you to work for a competitive salary but have the work-life balance you want. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose complex faults efficiently using the latest diagnostic equipment
  • Carry out repairs and servicing to the highest manufacturer standards
  • Support and mentor junior technicians and apprentices within the workshop
  • Liaise with the Service Department to provide accurate diagnostics and repair estimates
  • Perform quality control checks and road tests as required
  • Keep up to date with manufacturer bulletins and attend technical training courses
Requirements:
  • Qualified Master Technician or equivalent level of experience
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Confident with both mechanical and electrical systems
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • Full UK driving licence
