- Basic Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 (Depending on Experience)
- OTE: £85,000+

- Leading and mentoring the Sales Manager and Account Managers
- Developing a high-performance culture across the sales team
- Identifying and implementing new sales strategies and processes
- Overseeing all aspects of the sales operation, from pricing and advertising through to delivery
- Providing strategic and operational advice to the board
- Analysing team performance and driving continuous improvement
- Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Compliance and Delivery departments
- Ensuring compliance, FCA accreditation, and training needs are met across the sales team
- Managing day-to-day operations and dealing with complex issues as needed
- A strong automotive background, ideally in senior sales or operations roles
- Proven track record in managing high-performing sales teams
- Experience working at a senior level, contributing to business-wide strategy
- Ability to coach, develop, and lead from the front
- Commercially minded, able to identify opportunities for profitability and growth
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- High attention to detail and process-driven approach
