Vehicle Technician Vacancy - Hinckley Family Run Dealership
  • Basic Salary Circa £35,000 (varies with experience)
  • OTE £40,000 (Uncapped Personal efficiency bonus)
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00pm
  • 1 in 2 Saturday Mornings 
  • Overtime available

Vehicle Technician Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Mechanics (essential)
  • Previous experience in a motor trade workshop
  • Confident in diagnostics, servicing and repairs
  • MOT Licence is desirable – training can be provided
  • A team player with strong communication skills
Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Routine servicing and maintenance
  • Diagnostic and repair work
  • PDI checks
  • Clutches, gearboxes, and other heavy repairs
  • Maintaining high standards of professionalism and service
  • You should be a good team player and communicator to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of work through the workshop.
