MET Technician Vacancy – Mansfield
  • Basic Salary: £46,500
  • OTE: Circa £60,000
  • 40 Hours Per Week
  • Monday – Friday only
  • Occasional Saturday mornings if required
We’re recruiting for an experienced MET Technician to join a busy, well-established Accident Repair Centre in Mansfield. With a high volume of work and a strong bonus structure in place, this is a great opportunity to earn well and join a team that values quality and efficiency.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Stripping and fitting mechanical, electrical and trim components from accident-damaged vehicles
  • Diagnosing faults and carrying out mechanical repairs
  • Preparing vehicles for the bodyshop or paint process
  • Ensuring all work meets manufacturer and insurance standards
  • Liaising with estimators and workshop staff to keep everything running smoothly
  • Keeping accurate records of all work completed
What you’ll need:
  • Previous experience as an MET Technician in a bodyshop environment
  • Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (ATA preferred but not essential)
  • Confident using diagnostic and repair tools
  • Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards
  • Full UK Driving Licence
