Automotive Vehicle Technician required for our clients Independent Specialist in Southampton!

Our Client a Specialist Independent Garage with a strong reputation within their brand in the local area are currently seeking a Mechanic for their Southampton Branch.

This is an exciting time to become a part of this business with plans for expansion and an opening of a new premises over the horizon, this is the Perfect time to join.

Our Client is considering a range of applications from Senior Mechanics seeking Leadership roles, to assisting a junior Technician with recent qualifications making their first steps in the trade.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician with our Client
  • Full automotive services and necessary repairs in accordance with company standards
  • Brake, clutch and timing belt changes / repairs
  • Engine and gearbox stripping and fitting
  • Diagnosing faults using computer hardware and software
  • Ensure the workshop standards are maintained at all time
What our Client expects of their Vehicle Technicians
  • Previous Automotive Repair Experience
  • NVQ Level 3 Qualified of Equivalent – NON UK Qualifications Considered
  • An Enthusiastic, Friendly and Approachable Personality  
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
