Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester required in Bristol. 
  • Starting salary up to £34,000 per annum with up to £2,400 bonus potential every year! 
  • Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm with 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:30am-4:30pm.

Our client, an automotive service centre/tyre retailer with multiple centres nationwide, are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester to join their centre in Bristol.
 
Reporting to the Centre Manager and working as part of a team, your responsibilities shall include:
  • Accurate tyre repairs and tyre fitting to all makes of vehicles.
  • Completing routine maintenance & service repair work. 
  • Perform repairs when required providing quality workmanship at all times, seeking advice and guidance when necessary.
  • Completing brake, exhaust and suspensions changes and maintenance along with wheel alignment and tyre fitting on cars and LCVs/Vans
  • To maintain accurate documentation in line with our client's policies and procedures
  • Remove and refit components and carry out related adjustments.
  • Help our client maintain its industry leading standards.
In order to be eligible you will need to live within a reasonable commuting distance of Bristol and have proven experience and a background as a competent Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester either from experience gained through continued employment or an apprenticeship. You will have a friendly and approachable manner given you shall occasionally assist on the front reception desk with customer enquiries and be able to produce high quality work within specified time frames. A UK driving licence with minimal points is essential. 

For your hard work as a Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester our client is offering:
  • Up to £34,000 starting annual salary pending experience and qualifications.
  • Access to a bonus scheme providing up to £2,400 additional income every year!
