Our client has a strong reputation within the market and great reputation within the Dover, Canterbury, Folkestone, and the Kent area. They have a successful service operation and due to an acceleration of business require a Vehicle Technician.
They are currently seeking experience Vehicle Technicians, ideally with level 3 qualifications and time served mechanics who are capable with repairing Cambelts, Clutches, Diagnostics alongside some day-to-day Service & Repair work. Our client has a fantastic workshop with Bosch, & Dealer level diagnostic tools.
We’ve worked with this garage for over 5 years, many of their staff has joined from the dealer network and cite that this business provides a more relaxed alternative. They also track record of growing an individual within their workshop, making the most of the Bosch training available.

- Carrying out routine vehicle servicing and maintenance
- Diagnosing and repairing vehicle faults efficiently and accurately
- Conducting vehicle inspections and test drives to assess performance.
- Carrying out complex vehicle repairs as required
- Using Bosch, & Dealer level diagnostic equipment and tools effectively
- Completing service records and documentation accurately
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and company procedures
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional image
- Minimum qualification of City and Guilds AVCE, NVQ level 3 or experience in similar role
- Full UK Driving Licence
- You Must have your own toolkit sufficient to enough to carry out vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a workshop environment
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of modern vehicle systems and technologies
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Full UK driving license.
- Right to live & work within the UK
