  • Basic Salary: up to £41,600 (£20 per hour)

Our client, a successful independent dealer is looking for an experienced Technician / MOT Tester to join their team in York. 

For this Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester role you will need:
  • Minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • A Full UK Driving License.
  • Previous experience as a Technician.
  • Someone who is customer focused and always striving to deliver. the best experience possible.
  • An organized and methodological approach to problem solving, alongside being a clear communicator both to management and clientele. 
  • An MOT licence would be beneficial but isn't essential.
In this Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester role you will be:
  • Completing and providing accurate diagnostic reports on vehicles.
  • Accurately and skillfully undertake the repair and servicing of motor vehicles, ensuring that every job meets the required standards.
  • Where applicable, fully explain to customers what is required for a technical repair using language that the customer fully understands.
  • Helping out in other areas of the business as required.

  • Basic Salary: Up to £41,600 (£20 per hour).
