Our client, a Prestige organisation, in Peterborough, is looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their busy team. This client is looking to bring in someone who is enthusiastic, hardworking and professional. Our client is a fantastic company to work for as they look to train and promote within and treat their staff as individuals rather than a number.

This client is currently seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer to join their body shop team. Our client is not looking for specific qualifications, they are just looking for someone who can do the job well and enthusiastically. However, prior experience in this role is essential. 

Benefits of this Paint Sprayer role include:
  • Negotiable base salary DOE. 
  • Fantastic bonus opportunity, 47 - 50k. 
  • Monday to Friday only (8am - 5pm). 
  • Work for an established and successful independent garage / bodyshop. 
Your duties as a successful Paint Sprayer:
  • To carry out to a correct and safe standard, preparation for paint spraying and polishing post spray of the vehicles.
  • To keep an accurate account of hours worked, materials used and work completed on each vehicle.
  • To prepare and refinish Vehicle Body surfaces and alloy wheels.
  • To Communicate in a Polite and effective manner to fellow employees.
  • To have experience using Water Based Paints.
