  • Position: Vehicle Technician 
  • Location: Luton
  • Basic Salary: £34,000 + Uncapped Bonus
  • OTE: £42,000
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 5:00pm
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays, 09:00am - 1:00pm
My client is a renowned automotive dealership known for delivering exceptional service and high-quality vehicles to our customers. As part of their dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the leading names in the automotive industry.

Vehicle Technician Responsibilities: 
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and specifications.
  • Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts used, repairs conducted, and additional recommendations.
Requirements/Qualifications for this Vehicle Technician role:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, preferably within a main dealer
  • Ideally Level 3 in Vehicle Repair and Maintenance (Open to Level 2 with experience)
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
