  • Pay: £30,000 - £36,000 Basic + Bonus + Overtime
  • Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday with Saturdays on a rotational basis 
Join Our Client, a Franchised Car Dealership's workshop team in Bromley and become a valued Service and Maintenance Technician.

Our Client is offering a basic salary ranging between £28,000 and £36,000, dependent on skills and experience, based on a 40-hour working week. Additionally, you will be required to work Saturdays on a rota (paid as overtime) and have the opportunity to earn additional over-performance bonuses.

The role of Vehicle Technician is pivotal in delivering an exceptional customer experience, rooted in trust and honesty. Our clients dealership team is expanding to cope with increased customer demand, and we are currently seeking skilled individuals who take pride in their work. Responsibilities include maintaining, servicing, and repairing vehicles to the highest standards. Expertise across all aspects of the job is crucial, from routine servicing to complex repairs. Core values emphasise quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes.

Successful candidates should possess:
  • A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
  • Current experience as a Vehicle Technician in a main franchised workshop
  • MOT license preferred but not essential
  • Your own set of tools
  • A full UK driving licence
