Vehicle Technician for reputable Independent Specialist Garage
  • Basic Salary up to £40,000 (DoE) 
  • Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm 
  • No weekends

Our automotive client requires a skilled Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join their well established Independent Specialist Garage in the Loughborough area. They have built up an excellent reputation for being one of the best independent repair centres. 

They are a specialist garage, focusing on one of the worlds most popular manufacturer groups. If you're looking for a new challenge, this garage work on some very interesting and high-end vehicles. 

They are looking for a Vehicle Technician who really knows their stuff, so you'll need to be knowledgeable of full vehicle services and be able to undergo most repairs including clutches, cambelts, diagnostics etc. Exceptional salary available, as such they are looking for a high quality mechanic.
 
The successful Vehicle Technician will be:
  • Service and Repairs to vehicles
  • Good use of Diagnostics / Faulting finding
  • Heavier repairs such as clutches, cambelts, gearboxes etc. 
  • Talking to customers if required
  • Working on high end vehicles to manufacturer standards. 
  • Vehicle Tuning, remapping, performance vehicle adjustments. (remapping/tuning knowledge not required but helps) 
  Vehicle Technician Requirements:
  • A professional track record as a Vehicle Technician and able to complete all responsibilities listed above.
  • Ideally German Franchise training
  • A Full Driving Licence.
  • Your own Set of Tools
  • Able to work unsupervised
