Our client, an independent automotive vehicle accident repair centre, are currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Panel beater to join their busy centre in Andover. 

Reporting to the Centre Manager and working as part of a friendly team, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Undertake replacement and repair of damaged or compromised bodywork panels.
  • Complete chassis and framework repairs.
  • Welding and panel bonding of panels.
  • Conduct bumper and door repair works as required.
  • Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
  • Maintaining good housekeeping/health and safety standards and orderly administration of your work.
In order to be eligible you will need to have at least 3-4 years experience as a Vehicle Panel Beater. Formal qualifications as a Vehicle Panel Beater and an ATA qualification would be desirable however our client is willing to consider candidates with extensive "on the job" experience that are able to work to their meticulous standards. Overall you will have a good eye for detail, be a team player with good communication skills, have an aptitude for multi-tasking, and have a UK driving license with minimal points.

  • Starting salary up to £45,000 per annum pending experience.
  • Additional performance related bonuses available based on hours sold offering on target earnings of up to £55-60,000 per annum
  • 30 days annual leave (including the bank holidays).

  • Working hours from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday with optional Saturday overtime available.
