An exciting opportunity for a Business/Transaction Manager has opened at our client's franchise-approved car dealership in Bicester due to business expansion. 

Reporting to the Sales Manager and collaborating with a supportive sales team, your responsibilities will include providing day-to-day coaching, mentoring, and management for the sales team. You will also be responsible for "stacking deals" with customers and their corresponding salesperson, arranging finance and insurance products in compliance with FCA requirements, generating customer quotes, producing, and analysing departmental reports, and overseeing each potential sale from vehicle order to handover, ensuring all paperwork is completed and customers are informed about available add-on products.

To be eligible, you should have recent, strong experience as a Business/Transaction Manager, Senior Sales Executive, or Sales Manager/Controller within a franchise-approved automotive dealership. Our client is also open to considering experienced Sales Executives with a solid F&I track record who are looking to advance in their career. Overall, you will need to demonstrate a desire to achieve results, a commitment to excellence, the ability to cultivate exceptional customer relationships, IT literacy, and be an ambassador for the brand represented by our client and their business as a whole. A UK driving license with minimal points is essential for the role.

For your hard work as a Business/Transaction Manager, our client is offering:
  • Starting basic salary of £25,000 per annum.
  • Performance-related bonus scheme providing an uncapped and realistic on-target-earning of £50,000+ per annum.
