- Basic Salary £36,000 - £48,000 - ( Experience depending )

My client collaborates with more than 500 automotive dealership groups and 16 vehicle manufacturers throughout the UK. They play a pivotal role in generating over £250 million in revenue for UK car dealerships through services such as service plans, maintenance plans, and financing options designed to foster customer loyalty. Currently, they seek an Repair Network Manager / Business Development Manager to grow maintain their relationships with approved repair networks.
The Role:
As a Network Repair Manager for my client, your role is to oversee and improve the network of repair services that connect my client with its customers in the automotive industry. This includes strategic planning, maintaining relationships with repair service providers, and bringing in new ideas to improve how repairs are handled. You'll manage these service providers, negotiate agreements, and ensure smooth operations. Eventually, you'll also help establish my client's own network of repair services to better support customer needs.
The main duties for this Repair Network Manager vacancy include:
- Develop a UK-leading repair network aligned with the company’s long-term strategy.
- Negotiate competitive discounts on labour and parts to enhance cost-efficiency.
- Ensure seamless integration and utilisation of the network by operational teams.
- Facilitate communication among clients, commercial teams, and operations regarding Service, Maintenance, and Repair (SMR) issues or complaints.
- Source and manage critical supporting systems essential for operations.
- Prospect and onboard new suppliers while nurturing strong relationships with existing ones.
- Manage and expand supplier partnerships to establish a resilient network.
- Implement and oversee Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality control measures.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Network Management.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing client accounts.
- Extensive background in the UK Automotive Sector.
