  • Starting salary of £25,000 per annum plus £5,500+ uncapped bonus potential.
  • 40 hour working week with no weekends required.

Our client, a franchise approved car dealership situated in North Bristol, are currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Service Advisor to join their business. 

Reporting to the Service Manager and alongside other Vehicle Service Advisors, you will be responsible for providing a pro-active service to customers requesting to schedule their vehicles in for MOT's, servicing, maintenance, or repair work and arranging where necessary a courtesy vehicle. As a Vehicle Service Advisor, you will greet customers into the Service Department, extensively liaise with the workshop to chase work in progress, carry out upselling of additional products and services where possible, and keep customers informed of the progress on their vehicle amongst other ad-hoc responsibilities.

The successful Service Advisor candidate would ideally be able to deliver the very highest level of customer service through strong communication skills resulting in total customer satisfaction. Very strong organisational skills along with IT literacy would be of high priority. Experience working in a similar role as a Vehicle Service Advisor would be highly beneficial however our client is willing to consider candidates with no direct experience in the role provided they come from a strong customer service orientated role in the motor trade and they have a full clean UK driving license with minimal points.
