As an Assistant Service Manager, you will be pivotal in driving the success of the service department. The role requires at least 4 years of experience as a Senior Service Advisor, Service Reception Manager, or Service Manager within a car dealership or similar automotive service environment. - Customer Feedback: Focus on NPS calls, gather customer service feedback, and work with the team to resolve any issues.
- Departmental Support: Assist the line manager with preparing and organizing departmental forecasts and reports in a timely manner.
