What will the successful Bodyshop Manager do?
- Guide a team of Bodyshop technicians to achieve targets.
- Develop processes to best optimise the efficiency of the bodyshop.
- Utilise their knowledge and expertise.
- Ensure the working environment adheres to health and safety guidelines.
- Work effectively alongside other departments in the business to aid business operations.
- Significant knowledge of Bodyshop operations
- A background in the accident repair sector.
- The ability to effectively lead a team.
- A sound working knowledge of repair processes / techniques.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office Applications.
- An ability to meet tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail.
- Full UK Drivers License.
- OTE of c. £53,000.
