Our client, a nationally respected accident repair specialist, is seeking a Bodyshop Manager to join their team in Newcastle.

What will the successful Bodyshop Manager do?
  • Guide a team of Bodyshop technicians to achieve targets. 
  • Develop processes to best optimise the efficiency of the bodyshop.
  • Utilise their knowledge and expertise.
  • Ensure the working environment adheres to health and safety guidelines.
  • Work effectively alongside other departments in the business to aid business operations.
The successful Bodyshop Manager will have:
  • Significant knowledge of Bodyshop operations
  • A background in the accident repair sector.
  • The ability to effectively lead a team.
  • A sound working knowledge of repair processes / techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office Applications.
  • An ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Full UK Drivers License.
The successful Bodyshop Manager will get:
  • OTE of c. £53,000.
