Reporting to the senior management team and responsible for a dedicated team of Car Sales Executives, your key job responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for sourcing and management of used car stock.
- Effective pricing and valuation of used car stock.
- Effective management of overage stock.
- Department profit and loss.
- Monthly budget performance margin and volumes.
- Maximise all profit centres.
- Accurate reporting of margins and volumes.
- Adherence to sales processes.
- Staff training, coaching and development including appraisal training.
- Used car display including manufacturer used cars, standards, display and security.
- Lead management (EnqMax and The Hub).
- Achieve minimum group standards of response.
- Monitor Business Manager office performance.
- Daily updates of DOC and brand trackers.
- In house purchases through Service Department.
- Timely turnaround of used car stock for display.
- Maintaining group standards for prep.
- Timely resolution of any customer complaints.
- Adherence to any group policies or legislation.
- FCA and trading standards compliance.
- Department compliance with statutory, regulatory and Internal Control matters.
- Individual with a stable and successful management background within a franchise-approved car dealer and ideally exposure to a busy brand.
- Experience in a medium to large size dealership would be preferable as well as a strong F&I background.
- Previous used car sales management experience would be beneficial however our client is willing to consider candidates at a senior sales or business management/sales controller level looking to take the next step in their career.
- You will become the role model for our client's brand, where the ability to lead by example will be as important as the results you deliver.

- A UK driving license with minimal points is also essential.
