- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm
- 1 in 2 Saturday Mornings, 8:00am - 12:30pm

Key Responsibilities of a Service Manager:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Manage and motivate a team of technicians and service advisors.
- Drive performance to meet and exceed manufacturer and company standards.
- Monitor and improve workshop efficiency and productivity.
- Implement and maintain effective processes and procedures.
- Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Competitive basic salary of £40,000 with an uncapped bonus structure.
- On-target earnings (OTE) of £47,000
