My client is a respected main dealer in the Northampton area. They are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to oversee operations at their busy site.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual with a proven track record in service management to join a well-established team.

Key Responsibilities of a Service Manager:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Manage and motivate a team of technicians and service advisors.
  • Drive performance to meet and exceed manufacturer and company standards.
  • Monitor and improve workshop efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement and maintain effective processes and procedures.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
