Late Shift HGV Technician Required for Automotive Commercial Dealership in Croydon, Surrey
  • Monday to Friday: 13:30 - 22:00
  • Alternate Saturdays: 06:00 - 14:30 paid as overtime 
  • Up to £47,000 depending on experience + overtime + bonus
Join Our Commercial Dealership Client as an HGV Technician - working late shifts!

Key Responsibilities as a HGV Technician With our client:
  • Perform fast and accurate diagnoses using diagnostic tools and select appropriate repair techniques.
  • Independently maintain and repair DAF vehicles and components.
  • Conduct a range of inspections including MOT and tachograph checks.
  • Provide support and daily mentoring for less experienced technicians.
  • Perform final checks on completed work to ensure quality.
What Our HGV Dealership Client is Looking For:
  • Completed secondary vocational education.
  • Broad vehicle-related technical knowledge, preferably of HGV Vehicles
  • Extensive experience in carrying out repairs and maintenance on trucks, components, and associated vehicles.
  • Familiarity with developments in the automotive industry.
  • Own tool kit and a valid driving licence (preferably HGV but not essential).
