Our client, a well-established LCV Main Dealer with over 20 years of trading experience, is seeking a Parts Advisor to join their busy Service Department in Eastbourne, East Sussex.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dealership that represents several innovative and reliable automotive brands across 14 locations in the Southeast. The company prides itself on delivering outstanding customer service, and every member of their 350+ strong team is dedicated to putting customers first.

Duties of a Parts Advisor with our Client:
  • Manage and organise vehicle parts efficiently for the service department.
  • Support technicians and customers by providing accurate parts information.
  • Maintain the high standard of organisation within the parts department, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Take direction from the Parts Manager, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
What our client expects of their Parts Advisor:
  • Ideally, someone with a technical background, such as a former Technician or a motivated trainee.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to take direction well from a manager who is meticulous about processes and organisation.
  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of work.
