I am currently representing my esteemed client, one of Europe's leading provider of Warranty and Mechanical Breakdown solutions. They are currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Warranty Administrator to join their expanding team

Within this Warranty Administrator, your typical duties include:
  • Verify and process warranty claim submissions.
  • Deliver customer service support to dealer partners and authorised repairers.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with main dealer workshops and authorised repairers.
  • Facilitate communication between customers and repairers.
  • Evaluate incoming claims via email or online channels.
  • Ensure claims, capped at £700, comply with terms and conditions before authorisation or rejection.
To be considered for this Warranty Administrator, you will:
  • Be self-motivated, flexible, and reliable
  • Have general PC skills & experience in MS Office
  • Experience in policies / claims / insurance or any automotive experience will be considered.
