This is the perfect opportunity for any fully qualified Vehicle Technician looking for one of the most secure jobs within the industry, a variety of fleet vehicles to work on daily, and the pride of a first-hand stake in keeping our National Health Service moving.
Reporting to the Workshop Manager and working with a close-knit and friendly team, you will be responsible for maintaining the local National Health Service's fleet of vehicle ranging from small cars to ambulances to 7.5-tonne lorries. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Servicing vehicles – carrying out checks and maintenance according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
- Repairing and replacing faulty parts and components.
- Vehicle inspections.
- Working on medical equipment and electric/hybrid vehicles. Full training provided.
- Vehicle diagnostics and fault finding.
