LCV Technician Required in Bromley, Kent
  • Salary: £35,000 - £45,800 Basic (Depending on Experience) + Overtime
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Alternate Saturdays 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM (Paid as Overtime at Time and a Half)
  • Sign-On Bonus: £2,000 in Month 1, £1,000 in Month 13
Join our clients brand new, state-of-the-art Commercial Workshop and Dealership in Bromley as an LCV Technician. On behalf of our client we are looking for three highly skilled and experienced LCV Technicians to become an integral part of their expanding team based in Bromley, Kent. With a significant investment in their dealership and workshop facility, our client is dedicated to providing a exciting and fresh working environment for their vehicle technicians, service and parts staff, and need automotive professionals who share their commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities of a LCV Technician:
  • Conduct routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on LCVs and Vans.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship to ensure first-time fixes and customer satisfaction.
  • Work within a main franchised workshop, adhering to all safety and quality guidelines.
Requirements of the Van Technician:
  • Level 3 Qualification in Automotive Repair (City & Guilds/NVQ).
  • Full UK Driving Licence (manual and automatic).
  • Proven experience working on LCVs/Vans in a main franchised workshop.
  • A stable employment history is essential – candidates with more than three jobs in the last three years will not be considered.
  • Must be committed to delivering top-quality work and have a customer-focused approach.
