- Basic Salary-Up to £27,200.00
- OTE-£30,000
- Monday-Friday 08:00-17:30, Saturdays and Sundays-Closed (Potential of a 4 day working week to be discussed)
- 34 days annual leave including bank holidays, rising with service.
Roles and Responsibilities of a Prep Technician:
- Accurately and skillfully undertaking the repair and servicing of motor vehicles, ensuring that every job meets the required standards, including the completion of any administrative processes.
- Ensuring that all repair work is completed to the highest standard and within factory timescales.
- Evaluating the condition of every vehicle worked on and, where necessary, reporting and documenting all additional work required on both systems and job cards.
- Where applicable, fully explain to customers what is required for a technical repair using language that the customer fully understands.
- Liaising with other departments to facilitate the timely and accurate servicing and repair of vehicles.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with Company, Brand and industry guidelines.
- A minimum of NVQ/IMI Level 2 qualified, Level 3 would be desirable.
- Previous main dealer or independent garage experience is essential.
- A customer centered approach
- A full UK driving license.
- An OTE of £30,000
- No weekend working.
- 4 day working week option available.
