Our Client, a well-established Main Car Dealership in High Wycombe are looking for a Parts Advisor to add to their team of highly skilled professionals!

Our Client is offering the successful Parts Advisor:
  • £28,000 Basic Salary / £34,000 OTE
  • Monday To Friday 8am - 6pm / Saturday Morning Rota 1 In 4 (8am - 12pm)
  • Main Car Dealership Environment
  • Manufacturer Training Program, 22 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
  • Automotive Parts Experience Essential
Duties of a Parts Advisor:
  • Sourcing of parts for customers
  • To ensure that all customers and internal parts needs are dealt with promptly and courteously responding immediately to requests for parts
  • To be continuously and consistently conscious of customer needs providing at all times the highest level of courtesy and service, and promote customer satisfaction and CXI rating
  • To report any stock damage or stock losses to the manager without delay
What our Client expects of their Parts Advisor:
  • Proactive approach in maintaining customer standards
  • Good telephone manner
  • Organisational and administration skills
  • Full and Clean Driving License
