Vehicle Service Technician - Derby 
  • Basic Salary Up to £30,000 (£14.30ph)
  • £1500 Annual Time Saved Bonus 
  • Monday - Friday - 08:30am -  17:00pm 
  • 30 Days Annual Leave including bank holidays.
  • Main Dealer.
  • Manufacturer specific training available.  
An opportunity for a Vehicle Technician / Motor Mechanic to join a well-established Main Dealer site in Derby.

For this Vehicle Service Technician role you will be:
  • To observe, recognise and report on vehicle or component defects or symptoms of impending failure.
  • To examine vehicles completely and report orally or in writing upon the vehicles condition, safety and reliability and performance (MOT).
  • To protect all vehicles under repair against damage and to inspect each vehicle for damage and cleanliness upon completion of repair.
  • To attend recognised courses of instruction as and when required and to assist in the training of apprentices upon assignment.
  • Complete general servicing and repairs of vehicle to Company and Manufacture standards.
  • Ensuring that all work is completed safely and complies with Company, manufacturer and industry guidelines.
For this Vehicle Service Technician role you will need:
  • A Minimum of a Level 2 City and Guilds ( or equivalent ) in vehicle repair
  • Experience working in a Main Dealer is preferable.
  • MOT Licence is an added bonus but not essential!
  • You must also have a Full UK Driving Licence.
